Store-shelf sprays buy you a few quiet days; Nex Pest Control's Emergency Pest Control technicians treat the source so the problem doesn't just come back after the can runs out.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Pitkin County pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
What keeps Nex Pest Control running in Pitkin County after all this time is unremarkable, honestly: we show up, we fix the actual problem, and we don't disappear if it comes back.
Our Pitkin County dispatch keeps notes on recurring hot spots by neighborhood, which shortens the inspection and sharpens the treatment plan from the very first visit.
Most Pitkin County service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
None of these are emergencies by themselves — but stacking up together is the Pitkin County homeowner's cue that this needs a real inspection. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
From a same-day emergency call to a scheduled quarterly visit, here's the full range Nex Pest Control covers for Pitkin County properties.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Pitkin County invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Emergency Pest Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Pitkin County termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
Trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new rodent moves in within weeks — every Pitkin County rodent job includes finding and closing the actual gap, not just setting traps. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Pitkin County property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. If the scope changes once we're inside, that gets quoted separately before we proceed, never added silently.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. Ask any Pitkin County customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Pitkin County same-day calls. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Pitkin County customer's trust over a technicality.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Pitkin County emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Years of Pitkin County-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
We put the guarantee in writing on every Pitkin County service agreement — if the pest we treated for is still active after the recommended window, we return and re-treat at no charge.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Pitkin County customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
The flat quote before treatment was the deciding factor for us — no surprise line items on the invoice afterward.
Appreciated that they explained exactly what species we had instead of just quoting a generic treatment.
The technician found our actual entry point instead of just leaving traps and hoping for the best.
Service logs are ready every visit, which has made our compliance paperwork so much easier.
Called the emergency line at night and someone actually picked up, which mattered more than I expected.
Monthly mosquito treatment made our patio usable again by the second visit — hadn't sat outside in the evening in years.
Ant trail kept coming back every summer no matter what we sprayed ourselves — turned out to be a single foundation crack the technician sealed in one visit.
Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.
No matter which part of Pitkin County you're calling from, a licensed technician can typically reach you the same day. Coverage includes single-family homes, rentals, and commercial properties across the full service area. Older neighborhoods with mature trees and newer developments on former farmland both fall under the same Pitkin County coverage zone, even though the pest pressure differs between them. We plan routes across the full Pitkin County service area so no single town gets treated as an afterthought.
